Driftpaws warrior ceremony

OOC:Since your the first apprentice on the site,im going to let you be a warrior without being an apprentice for a month
IC:Snowstar bounded onto the mineshack "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the mine shack for a clan meeting!" she yowled so all could hear

Angelclaw gathered beneath the Mineshack. She smiled at her leader and best friend. "Is this what I think it is!" she laughed, knowing what it was. She was happy and exited that she would soon have a mate.

Driftpaw padded out of the apprentice den. He followed his mentor and gathered beneath Highrock. He wondered what this what this was about but he had a grudge that this was his warrior ceremony. He shivered with excitement.

"I,Snowstar,leader of Snowclan,call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice.He has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him to you as a warrior in his turn.
Driftpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?" She mewed

Driftpaw nodded."I do." he meowed.

"Then by the powers of StarClan,I give you your warrior name.Driftpaw,from this moment you will be known as Driftlight.StarClan honors your courage and strength,and we welcome you as a full warrior of Snowclan." she mewed

Drfitpaw shone with pride. He was a warrior now! He looked at his mentor to see what her reaction was.

Angelclaw shone with pride, she was delighted that her apprentice was a warrior. Now, her apprentice could be her mate. "You're a brave warrior now!" she congratulated Dirftflight.

Driftflight was lost for words.

Angelclaw smiled. "Do you want to get some food? I caught a few fish," she offered.
